Focus ("the app") is a personal productivity app with calendar, tasks, countdowns, document scanning, signature stamping, group photo, and shared expense-splitting features. This page explains what information the app accesses, how it's used, and how you can control or delete it.
Information is used solely to provide the features you actively use — for example, syncing a shared expense group between phones. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
The app uses Firebase (a Google Cloud product) for account sign-in and data storage. Firebase processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments; we do not share your data with any other third party.
If you report another Splitly user from within the app, we store the report (your account ID, the reported account ID, and the reason you provide) so we can review it and take action against abusive accounts.
You can delete your account and all associated data (your Splitly profile, group memberships, and sign-in identity) at any time from within the app using Settings → Erase All Data, or by emailing us at the address below and asking us to delete it on your behalf.
Focus is a personal/family utility app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
